Repurchase Agreement

BPI Worldwide, Inc. will repurchase from an IBO any unused and currently marketable product and sales aids purchased from BPI Worldwide, Inc. not later than 30 days (or longer where required by state law) after the IBO’s receipt of the product. This will be refunded at 90% of the amount actually paid by the IBO, less any consideration received by the IBO for the purchase of the products being returned.

BPI Worldwide, Inc. carries a 100% money-back guarantee to non-distributors, retail customers contingent on BPI Worldwide, Inc. receiving a written refund request together with any unused portion of the order, within 30 days of shipment to the customer (or longer where required by state law).

Only personally purchased product can be returned directly by the individual making the initial purchase. If you did not purchase the product then you cannot return it to the company for a refund.

In addition, and importantly, the buybacks don't apply to two specific situations where distributor manipulation is taking place:

Where distributors are disposing of inventory merely to switch to another company or move whole groups of distributors to another competitor (the intent of the rule is to protect the individual who wishes to leave the business, and believes he or she was mistaken in buying more inventory than could be sold); and
Where a distributor, in order to qualify for a bonus or other benefit, has falsely certified that the previously purchased inventory has been resold.

All returned products must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and Product Return Form. This form can be obtained in the Downloads section in your back office or by Clicking Here. BPI Worldwide, Inc. will not be responsible for returned product without proper identification. You can receive an RMA number by calling customer service and requesting the number needed to return product.
